We all went though this exercise multiple times and found ways to stay in great shape without being injured. The life-time of us professional dancers is short and often ends because of injury which triggers a hectic search for a remedy that would help us get back to what we love the most – Dancing. Sometimes it takes a life-time to find the right way to treat your body.
